The National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) released their optimism Index for January. They came out to say optimism levels for small businesses increased to 104.3 which is 1.4 points higher than last month.
Loans 30-days or more past due increased from 3.7% to 3.9%.
February 12, 2020
Refis are up 5% this week and up 207% year over year.
Dow set to open at a record high today. Mortgage bonds near unchanged levels.
February 13, 2020
Rates are up 3.8% year over year for renters.
Stocks are lower today as China confirms over 15K new cases of the coronavirus. This is a trend to watch as the past shows that fears are short lived.
